I just met Michael 3-4 weeks ago. In that time, he has been able to take from an accomplished rhythm guitar player who struggled to understand lead guitar to a true student of the scales.
We do our lessons via Skype and also in person, when possible. Michael is doing a great job helping me master the understanding of the theory behind great playing lead guitar. But, more than that, he already has me soloing with multiple scales in the same key.
His approach is thoughtful and focused but not overwhelming.
I am having a great experience so far.
